Abstract Guidelines
- Abstract must be typed in MS Word format with double spacing and Times New Roman, of font size 12.
- Abstract must be submitted online only. No abstract will be accepted by Email or by hard copy in any circumstances.
- The abstract should be formatted under the following subheading: Objective, Methods, results and conclusion.
- Title should be clear and precise in bold with first letter of each word in capitals.
- The presenter must be registered before the last date of acceptance.
- The selection of the Award paper/ full free paper (8 minutes)/ poster will be the decision of the peer review committee based on a point system. The presenter is allowed to indicate their preference.
- While uploading the abstract, the file name should be the “Conference registration number” of the registered delegate.
- The presenting author must also be a registered delegate for the conference.
- Last date of Abstract submission is on the 15th January, 2024
- The acceptance of Abstract will be issued by the 5th of February, 2023.
- Paper presentations will be in PowerPoint format only.
- Poster presentations will be in E-Poster format.
- Template’s will be available after 15th February, 2023

Rules for Award Paper
- The presenter must be a resident attached to an institution, and it should be an original work not published or presented elsewhere.
- The presenter should provide a bonafide certificate of their affiliation at submission as an attachment.
- The presenter should submit compulsorily the full paper before 20th January, 2024 for a full appraisal.
- Credit will be given to originality, methods, message, and presentation.
- The award-winning paper will automatically be published in the journal of pediatric neuroscience under the title IndSPNCON resident award paper.
- The details of the publication will be intimated later.
