AWARD PAPER GUIDELINES:
- Each Award Paper Presentation will be for (8+2) minutes only.
- Please strictly adhere to the time.
- Institution/hospital affiliation and doctor’s name in the title or Co-author should not be mentioned, or it will lead to automatic rejection.
- The total size of the presentation should not exceed 20 MB.
- Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static required template format only.
- Illustrations/images/photographs used in the Award Paper Presentation should be enlarged enough to show relevant details.
- The Award Paper Presentation may include the following sections: Introduction, Aim & Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References.
- The paper will judged on the following criteria:
- Basic eligibility criteria should be satisfied.
- Aim, methodology, result, discussion and conclusion
- Quality of presentation
- Adherence to time
- Approach and response to questions
- All presenting authors must be present at the designated hall on the 2nd March before the start of the session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of their presentation.
- The presenting author has to be registered as a delegate for the conference on or before the 20th of February 2024, failing which he/she will not be allowed to make the presentation nor be eligible for the certificate.
- Personal Laptops will not be allowed to ensure smooth and seamless proceedings. NO requests regarding the use of the same will be entertained.
- The Presentation should be self-explanatory. The text should be brief and well-organised.
- The Presentation needs to be presented in the given template only.
- The Award Paper Presentation should be prepared in Landscape format.
- The Presentation should be submitted on or before the last date given.
